The HyperMap Atlas is designed to organize numerous place-related data sets for interactive viewing. We'd be happy to help you create a HyperMap Atlas of any place, large or small and with any geographic information you may have.
The patented "Clickable Key" has interactive symbols each of which shows and hides a graphic "layer." A layer may be a single symbol or set of symbols. Or it may be a graphic layer over the basemap that is clear except for the feature images. The layers can be created using a graphics program or generated via GIS (Geographic Information System) coverages. Topic lists, feature labels, and pop-up text and photos are easily organized in simple databases.
Symbols can be plotted using pixel x,y coordinates or geo-coded and plotted in a GIS such as ArcInfo, MapInfo, and the Web mapping APIs made available by Google and Yahoo.
